A Sword By Any Other Name...

So here's my final for Lighting and Rendering. A very *sarcastic* original idea a 3-d sword. Many of you may have already seen this but it won't hurt to see it again right? Right? *Sob* J/k. The design came from one that I had actually rejected for a character of mine but liked the detail and such in it and thought it would be cool to try and model and texture. The sword was placed in a photo in photoshop and tweaked a little bit in there as well The design is influenced by a zweihander sword for those of you that are sword savy would likely recognize thought it doesn't quite fit that classification completely. Essentially it's a german claymore. They are very cool swords so you should check them out. Right now, do a Google image search j/k. I'm quite happy about how this came out and hopefully you all will like it too.
